This website is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in France.

Every time you open a page, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the browser and operating system you use, and the referring page. This data is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure, for example to detect and stop attacks.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 30 days unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.

When you send a ping through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. The form sends this data to our server, which forwards it to us as an email. The email is delivered through our own mail server (Stalwart), which runs on the OVHcloud servers named above.

We use this data only to answer your request and, if it leads to one, to prepare and carry out a project with you. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for requests aimed at a contract and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for all other requests, where our legitimate interest is answering the messages we receive.

The form contains a hidden field that is only filled in by spam bots. Its content is not stored. We delete your message once your request is fully handled, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it longer.

This website sets exactly one cookie, and only after you use the theme switch:

• theme: remembers whether you chose light mode, dark mode or your device setting. It stores nothing else and expires after one year.

This cookie is strictly necessary to provide the function you explicitly asked for, so no consent is required (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

All fonts are hosted on our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider when you visit this site.

The live status and the project numbers on the home page are loaded from our own server. The project numbers are fetched by our server from the public Shisui API, so no data about you is passed on to it.

This site links to external websites, for example shisui.gg and Discord. They are only loaded when you click such a link. From then on, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
• have your data deleted (Art. 17)
• restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)

To use any of these rights, just send an email to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
